It’s true…most people have hundreds of toxic chemicals in their bodies. Toxins are in the food that we eat, the clothes that we wear, the cleaning products, soaps, and shampoos that we use every day. Many of these toxic chemicals can effect our hormone or neurologic systems. Additionally, toxins are often stored in fat, making it difficult to lose weight. By knowing what our bodies are contaminated with, we can make educated changes to our environment, our food choices, and our personal care products to begin the process of detoxification.
