- Dr. Yang spoke at Integrative Mental Health Conference
Dr. Jingduan Yang was an invited speaker at the Integrative Mental Health Conference (March 22-24- Phoenix, Arizona) on the topic of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for Mental Health. The 2010 Integrative Mental Health Conference, sponsored by the Arizona Health Sciences Center at the University of Arizona and presented by the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, is the first conference of its kind to assemble leaders in integrative mental health (IMH), creating a new field and framework with which to promote mental well-being.
Don McCown’s New Book Published!
Congratulations to Don! His new book “Teaching Mindfulness: A practical guide for clinicians and educators” was recently published. Donald McCown, MAMS, MSS, LSW, practices at our Bryn Mawr office. In the Foreword, Jon Kabat-Zinn reflects, "This remarkable and ambitious book is a uniquely welcome contribution to the flowering of mindfulness in the West in mainstream professional circles."
