At Tao Institute, we recognize mental and behavioral health are not independent issues but are intertwined with one’s physical health and influenced by one’s spiritual health.

Our mental health professionals are experts not only in the areas of clinical psychopharmacology and psychotherapies but are also well versed in complementary therapies including: acupuncture, neuro-emotional techniques ( NET), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR),  herbal medicine, nutritional and dietary supplements, hypnosis, meditation and spirituality – all have proven helpful in treating various types of mental and behavioral health issues. 

In addition, we offer TMS therapy in our Mt. Laurel location.  NeuroStar TMS Therapy(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a latest development in treatment for depression cleared by cleared by FDA.  TMS is a new non-invasive treatment option for patients with depression who have not achieved satisfactory results from previous antidepressant treatment.  For more information visit our new sister site for New Jersey TMS Center.
